The conference flat rates apply to 10 persons. In case of fewer participants, the above mentioned room rent will become due as well.
Menu suggestions for the corresponding conference flat rates will be sent to you on request. From 18 conference participants lunch can also be offered in the form of a lunch buffet.
Drinks taken with your lunch are available in the form of various soft drinks (0.2 l).
Each service, which in not included in the arrangement agreed upon, will be invoiced according to consumption.
